Reverse Osmosis systems remove up to 99+% of dissolved minerals and some organics by passing pressurized water through a semi-permeable membrane. RO water will greatly reduce the variability mentioned above. Nutrients are then added to a consistent base water to optimize plant growth.
Large Commercial RO Reverse Osmosis
The RO process uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron colloidal matter, viruses, and bacteria from water. Osmosis is where clean water passes through the membrane to make the more dirty water less concentrated. Reverse’ Osmosis is the opposite, through applied pressure. It uses pressure to purify water product across a membrane, leaving the concentrated impurities flushed to drain and the clean purified water ready for use or storage. Reverse Osmosis is capable of removing 95-99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS).

Water UV disinfection
UV Dynamics ultraviolet (UV) lamps disinfect water for residential and commercial applications. These lamps create light at 254 nm wavelength, this wavelength disinfects bacteria and viruses. The UV system installs on the inlet pipe to your house while neutralizing bacteria. A UV lamp purifier should be installed in every home suspect of coliform bacteria for safe drinking water. A must for rural homes or cities where water quality is questionable. A 5 micron pre-filter sized to your application is required.
